What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal Payments.

Are my payments safe?

We would like you to have an enjoyable and secure shopping experience with us and protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information as it is being transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Liv & Milly.

I have just paid for my order, what happens next?

You'll receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been shipped with an Auspost tracking number. So you can keep an eye on the delivery status.

What can I do if an item I want is sold out or not available to add to my cart on the website?

If an item is no longer available to add to cart on the website it is usually sold out. Please email us hello@livandmilly.com.au and will inform you when new stock will arrive.

Can I add more items once I have placed an order?

When your order is confirmed through our website we try to move very quickly for you to get your order out the door. Because of our swift warehouse process you cannot add additional items to an order once the order has been confirmed online. However, if there are extenuating circumstances please phone 0413 226 227 or email hello@livandmilly.com.au and we will try our hardest to accommodate your request.

Do you offer discount codes?

Only one discount/credit code can be used per order. If you have 2 codes at the time of a sale, we can only honour one of these. If you forget to include the code we are unable to refund/credit the difference or amend this.
