Refunds and Returns


Please consider sale purchases carefully, as we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit on these items.  Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind.  This includes a change of mind with regard to colour, size and fit.

Sale items returned will only be accepted if the merchandise is faulty.

Any item purchased online requesting a refund or exchange must be unused, undamaged & have the original tags still attached. All returns & exchanges must be made within 7 days of order date and be returned to Liv & Milly within 14 days of order date.  Please contact us at hello@livandmilly.com.auASAP if your item is faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not apply with this policy.

Once the item has been received & checked, a refund will be credited against your original method of purchase.  For your protection, we recommend returning the goods via a traceable method, so you can trace the package back to us.
Please ensure your name, address, phone number and instructions are noted inside the package, so we are able to contact you. If you have any further questions, please email us hello@livandmilly.com.au and we will contact you to discuss.


Liv & Milly wants you to love your purchase and love shopping with us. If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we offer a store credit valid for 3 months. To return any item or items, they must be in their original and unused condition. All tags and incidentals must be attached.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving your item.
  • Once your return has been processed you will receive an email from Liv & Milly with your store credit along with instructions on how to use it.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 months.
  • If you have not received your email, please check your junk mail and then contact us.
