CYCLONE ALFRED UPDATE:

Due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred, we will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team, which may result in some communication, processing and shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Our Brisbane-based head office and warehouse will be closed from Thursday 6/3.  We hope to reopen Monday 10/3 (weather and power permitting).

SHIPPING:

FREE standard postage for all orders over $200.

Shipping to metropolitan areas is roughly 3-7 business days within Australia or Express (1-3 business days) postage is available at checkout.

Your order will be sent to you via Australia Post or other reputable courier company.  Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the specified courier company with which they were sent.  Liv & Milly are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

Once ordered and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Another email will be sent once your order is shipped. 

Please note all orders are processed on working days Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

We aim to ship orders within one business day so please contact us asap with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
